How do I book a course?
Simply contact Communiqué by either phone or email and ask for a Booking Form. Complete the Booking Form and then return it to Communiqué by either email, fax or post.What happens after I’ve returned the Booking Form?
Communiqué will confirm your place by email as soon as your Booking Form is received. An invoice will be emailed to you at the same time.Can I make multiple bookings on the same Booking Form?
Yes, you can book up to 5 places on the same Booking Form. Should you wish to book more than 5 places, please use another Booking Form.How do I pay for a course?
You can pay by cheque (made payable to Communiqué) or you can pay via BACS. Payment details are stated on the invoice.Is VAT charged on top of the course cost?
No, there is no VAT charged on top of the course cost. The cost shown is the cost you pay.How will I know where the training venue is?
A delegate pack will be posted to you as soon as payment has been received. This pack will contain a letter containing everything you need to know about the day, together with venue details, a map and directions on how to get to the venue.Is the training venue easy to find?
Yes, the training venue is conveniently located in central Birmingham and is easy to get to by both public and private transport. The venue is just an 8-10 min walk from Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill railway stations, Colmore Row and Victoria Square.Does the training venue have a car park?
No, but there are plenty of car parks nearby. The car parks are highlighted on the map which will be sent to you in the delegate pack.How large are the training groups?
Numbers are kept small deliberately to allow for maximum participation, interaction and learning.All the Presentation Skills / Public Speaking courses are restricted to a maximum of 8 delegates.
All other courses are restricted to a maximum of 12 delegates.
