The trainer for all courses is Linda Cressey.

Prior to becoming a professional trainer in January 2000, Linda worked in the voluntary and "not for profit" sector for 18 years and spent 12 years in a senior fundraising position for a national children's charity.

Linda delivers a wide range of "public" training courses in central Birmingham throughout the year. She also delivers "in-house" training for many companies, local authorities, charities and voluntary organisations throughout the UK, which anyone is welcome to attend.

Linda is comfortable communicating with people from all different backgrounds and is well known and respected for her professionalism, integrity, reliability and flexibility.

Linda's training style is open and friendly and she consistently gives delegates the opportunity to participate in developing their skills, sharing experiences and learning from other delegates. Her style of presentation is both unique and refreshing.

In 2002, she was awarded "Approval Trainer" status by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations - in recognition of her high quality training delivery. She is also a member of the Institute of Fundraising.

She is an "Associate Trainer" for many other leading training providers in the UK.

Linda graduated from University College Cardiff in 1983 with a 2:1 BSc Economics Honours Degree.
